Seeking an enthusiastic, dependable and professional Maintenance Coordinator for our busy Lompoc Valley Property Management Office.
This individual will oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair projects, communicate with tenants, property owners & vendors.
Additional duties may include administrative work & clerical tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
California Real Estate License preferred but not required
Property Management experience preferred but not required
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills
Experience working with accounting programs such as Appfolio & Yardi
Full-time job - Monday thru Friday
Pay - Based on experience
Travel - Local travel only (must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license & insurance
Work location - In Person
