The Executive Assistant is a temporary position lasting a few months, located in Buellton, CA.
It will initially be for 20 hours a week, with potential for more.
The rate of pay is between $28 and $30/hr.
depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage digital calendars and scheduling for meetings and appointments
Support management of projects such as meetings, agendas, outlines, and reports
Maintain e-files utilizing technology such as Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, etc.
Research and book hotels and transportation
Manage the business expense tracking and reports for reimbursement
Coordinate offsite leadership meetings and "summits"
Support email management of executives such as flagging important emails and distributing reports
Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma required, degree preferred
Must have experience supporting an administrative team
Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written format, requires ability to communication verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
