We’re currently looking for a Clerk II for a company that is all about helping people.
This position is located in the city of Lompoc, CA, and is temporary.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
The pay rate for this position is $24.
27 an hour.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain a supply of office forms and distribute the forms to the general public
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
Receive the public and answer questions
Prepare outgoing mail and deliver to the post office
Receive and date stamp all incoming mail
Operate a variety of office equipment such as a copier, fax machine, PC, and postage machine
Maintain a variety of logs and files
Verify reported financial information and references
Serve a vulnerable, special needs population with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism
Skills & Qualifications
Two years of customer service experience desired
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
Ability to speak and read English/Spanish
Ability to effectively serve customers and clients, demonstrating fairness, patience, compassion, and respect
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Client database software (YARDI a plus)
Basic principles of programs administered by the PHA
Knowledge of ADA regulations on reasonable accommodations and equal access to housing programs
