Dispatcher (Nipomo)

Trailer Hitch RV Center Service Department has an immediate need for a Dispatcher! This is a high volume, fast-pace environment.
We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team.
In this role, you will schedule and dispatch drivers to the appropriate locations and times while keeping constant communication with our, drivers and management.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Qualifications: Ability to work well under pressure Excellent typing and data entry skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities: Monitor and communicate routes, location, and driver status with management.
Answers phones, provides general information and determines specific service needs; uses computerized scheduling system and manual system to make daily route schedules for the drivers Assists the Supervisor's with preparation of work assignments for the drivers; makes adjustments, alerts drivers to any changes; researches and verifies destination information Receives work order and dispatches to appropriate technician.
