Responsibilities • Process manufacturers / vendors claims daily • Process requested parts returns by manufacturers / vendors • Work closely with service advisors / techs • Answer internal emails and incoming calls as needed Must have Automotive experience Experience with Word and Excel and Google Docs • Warranty claims processing in automotive experience • Customer service experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy Mon- Fri 8 to 5 fulltime $24.
