Well established law firm seeks a receptionist/file clerk for a full time position.
Must be a dependable, punctual individual with good communication skills.
Responsibilities include: - Answering phones and taking messages - Making appointments, calendering - Filing and indexing client files, - Miscellaneous assignments including scanning documents, word processing, assistance with client billing, etc.
- Must be able to prioritize jobs, and demonstrate a high degree of detail.
- Must be professional in demeanor and dress.
Previous legal experience and bilingual skills a plus.
A minimum of two years experience performing clerical duties preferred.
The position offers health insurance, retirement benefits and paid vacation time.
Salary is dependent upon experience.
