Job Title: Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities: Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
Support our sales team by screening, directing and taking messages from incoming calls.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Provides clerical support to the HR and Finance departments.
Assists team members with software access issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Bilingual English, Spanish speaker required.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Education/ Experienced Required: Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
Prior related office experience preferred.
Or combination of work experience and education as a Human Resources Specialist Job Type: Full Time, Non- Exempt Pay Scale: $16.
