Part Time Full Charge Bookkeeper

*Please note that this is not an entry-level position.
We are seeking candidates with a solid background in bookkeeping and accounting.
WE hired one person but need one more part time for now could be full time eventually.
WE are growing like weeds.
WE handle over 175 monthly clients and growing.
* _*You are able to explain and Income statement and Balance sheet.
You are able to review in detail financials and go over them with a client from their books.
You ARE LOCAL AND CAN WORK IN OUR OFFICE.
*_ Responsibilities: - Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties using *QB Desktop and QB ONLINE Software -*-- _- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis_ _- __*Prepare and analyze financial statements*_ _*- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors*_ - Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for some clients - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for certain clients.
Experience: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting role - Proficiency in using Quickbooks accounting software is required - Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and GAAP - Familiar with Google, Drop Box, shared drives, POS systems - Sale tax filing with CA state - Experience in account analysis and identifying discrepancies or errors If you meet the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you.
