We are actively seeking passionate individuals working towards their fieldwork hours for BCBA master's degrees to become integral members of our team as Rising Behavior Analysts.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Execute ABA therapy programs under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
* Record and manage accurate data on client progress.
* Assist in the development and adjustment of treatment plans.
* Collaborate with caregivers and fellow professionals to ensure seamless care continuity.
* Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
* Maintain a consistently professional and ethical demeanor.
*Requirements:* * Currently enrolled in a master's program in ABA or a related field.
* Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience working with children facing developmental delays is preferred.
* Successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
