Wanted - Budget GPU - For My Classroom - $40 (Santa Maria)

Looking for an inexpensive GPU (GTX 1050 or GTX 960 or better) that can replace the one that is in the old budget-build I made for my classroom (used for teaching/streaming video content).
The current GTX 960 in the machine died.
I can cast from the district provided laptop, but the signal is weak and have frequent lag issues.
$40 is all I can afford out of my pocket, so you could view this as a donation.
