Any Metal musicians in Santa Maria??? (Santa Maria)

Are there any Metal musicians in Santa Maria or the surrounding area.
I'm a guitar player (53) looking to jam or even get a project going.
I've posted on here before and I can only assume there are no Metal players out here or my age seems to be an issue.
My influences are based on 80's Metal like Maiden, Priest, W.
A.
S.
P, etc.
I do have stage experience but that's for a later time if a band develops.
Right now I'm just looking for other musicians to jam with.
