Guitarist looking to start a band (Santa Maria)

Hey y'all! I'm a 27 year old guitarist.
Been playing for 16 years with various artists and groups.
Have played with a few major artists.
I'm looking to start a band to play some festivals and gigs.
I work full time with two hours of commuting so I'd like to find musicians who can learn parts and do a gig with the need for only one rehearsal or so.
I'd like to play music in the vein of Cory Wong, Vulfpeck, Earth Wind and Fire, Scary Pockets, Doobie Brothers.
I'd like to find a great horn section, a drummer, a bassist, keys, and any number of vocalists for features.
