$875 Seeking roommate

Hello! We have one private room with shared bathroom available for rental.
You would have access to all common areas, including a newly renovated outside patio.
The home includes washer, dryer, dishwasher and all kitchen equipment you should need.
The room is $875 and utilities are split by 4.
The room can come furnished if needed.
The house is located in one of the safest neighborhoods and currently has two people in their early 30s and one in the twenties living there.
Hobbies: mountain biking, camping, hiking and trail maintenance, painting, acting, singing and guitar.
At this time we unfortunately can not accept any additional dogs or cats.
This can be short term or long term.
