Spa Associate (Solvang)

Are you a customer service professional looking to work in a beautiful, resort environment? Come join the team at the Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort as a Spa Associate, in our Spa and Fitness Center.
Responsibilities include welcoming, greeting and providing excellent customer service to members/guests upon arrival to the Spa and Fitness Center; answering phones; booking spa appointments; handling retail merchandise and gift card sales; following proper filing procedures/file maintenance; setting up, maintaining and putting away and cleaning fitness equipment; ensuring a clean and safe facility at all times; ensuring members are signing in; maintaining equipment maintenance records; and enforcing facility rules and regulations.
Will also help promote fitness classes, spa services and other activities.
Previous customer service experience required; spa/hospitality experience preferred.
Position is part-time, regular.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
