Requirements:
Experience as a front desk coordinator and/or experience in a professional services environment office is highly preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.

Ability to work flexibly under pressure and time deadlines, with great attention to detail.
Capable to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met.
Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel, knowledge of tax preparation software and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Higher education a plus).
In addition, the role may evolve to include back-office tax paraprofessional responsibilities.
This multifaceted position demands proactive problem-solving, and effective management of multiple projects as you grow into this aspect of the role.
