Field Team Members – Customer Service / General Labor / Driver
Hiring Immediately for Full-Time, Summer, Seasonal
Shifts are typically 8-10hrs and start at 7-9am or 10am-12pm
Earn: $17-$25/hr (all-in with a base pay of $15.
50-$17, daily tips, bonuses paid on every paycheck)

About the position:
Each shift starts at our conveniently located office, where you’ll be matched up with your field team and given your service routes for the day
You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
About you:
21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record (past 3 years)
A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift 75lbs+ repeatedly
Willingness to participate in a background check if considered for employment
Previous experience in customer service, sales, driving, labor, warehouse, moving, restaurant, hospitality, and/or retail is a plus!
